Small packets under 500g : $2.00
Parcels from 500g to 1kg : $4.00*
*Add $1 to every extra 1kg
For registered mail: additional $2.00 to the postage.
All shipping and handling charges will be waived for orders over $50.00 via normal postage.
Please allow 2-4 days for delivery via SingPost. If you require the item(s) urgently, please select Same-Day Shipping which has a flat rate of $10.00, and you will receive the items on the same day if the order is paid by 11am on the day.
RETURN POLICY
All products sold are non-returnable. For faulty products, please refer below.
All faulty products must be reported to Customer
Service within 3 days upon acceptance of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange of products. All faulty products have to be returned to us in their original packaging & must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and serial number clearly printed on it for verification. Please also give a brief description of the problem of the faulty product. If the returned item is out-of-stock, the customer may choose another item of the same value from the store.
My Little Rascal Store reserved the rights to make adjustment to any published price of any products due to input error, product discontinuation, and stock clearance, under the instruction of manufacturers and distributors, and errors in advertising.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you aren’t happy with the quality or workmanship of our products, please tell us and we will do our best to satisfy you. However, customer shall bear all postal or delivery charges.
We reserved the right to reject any exchange should these guidelines are not met.
- All exchange should be made within 7 days upon receipts of merchandise.
- All items must be in sellable condition with original invoice and tags.
- Shipping/handling costs incurred will be the financial responsibilities of the purchaser and is non-refundable.
- All items sold are non refundable.
- Items sold under Special Promotion are not exchangeable.
- Laundering products are non-returnable.
- Exchange items must be unsoiled, unwashed and unworn.
- We will not be responsible for any misdirected, lost or damaged items sent to us for exchange.
Please arrange insurance if you are sending by post.
- We will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged item send by mail to our customer.
Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged or returned except for the following:
- Products received are different from what is stated on the invoice; i.e. wrong goods are delivered.
- Product is found to be faulty.
If products received are wrong or faulty, there will be a one-to-one exchange for the same product.
For wrong products delivered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving of goods. We will arrange for an exchange of products. All products to be exchange have to be returned to us in their original packaging & must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase for verification.
