Waffle
Ingredients:
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp castor sugar
2 eggs
1.5 cups milk
60 g butter, melted
1 pandan leaf, 3 tbsp water
Method:
1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar; set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
3. Stir in the milk and melted butter.
4. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture; beat until blended.
5. In a blender, blend pandan leaf with water. Strained and retain the pandan
juice.
6. Pour pandan juice into batter mix and stir to mix evenly.
7. Scoop batter onto waffle maker. And toast till it turns brown.
