Steamed Cakes
Ingredients:
220g butter(can put up to 240g if u like butter taste)
200g sugar
24pcs plain cream crackers (crushed)
5 eggs
1. Beat butter and sugar till fluffy
2. Add in eggs to beat one by one.
3. Add in crushed cream cracker and beat till mixture is even
4. Lay pan with baking paper.
5. Steam for 45mins (open the cover occasionally and wipe away water)
Becareful not to drip any water into the cake
6. Let it set in the pan for 20mins before serving.
It taste like a sponge cake or "huat kuay". Now the smell of the
cream cracker is still lingering in my mouth. yumyum!
